Two brothers, Adam and Jeremy Kayne worked at companies that were built from a clear mission and conscience. Jeremy worked alongside Yvon Chouinard at Patagonia, while Adam was the culinary director at Blue Hill Restaurant, and worked with Dan and David Barber. Together, they founded The Spare Food Co., a business that consults and teaches on how to cook and create with zero food waste.
We were honored to make their aprons, and continue to be inspired by companies such as The Spare Food Co., who are trying to make our planet a better place.
